- Fare conditions also apply to the high-contribution passenger (Gold, Diamond, Subscriber and Flexil pro).
- On the Dominican Republic destination, only 1 piece of baggage per passenger. (Additional baggage only at the check-in counter, depending on the day's operating conditions).
- 3 baggage items maximum per passenger, including baggage allowance.
- Seats are free for Diamond customers and their companion booked in the same PNR, Gold, Silver plus, minor traveling alone, baby (adult and babies booked in the same folder.
- Excess baggage
Max baggage allowance: 3 baggage items allowed (Subject to acceptance, depending on hold capacity on day of departure).
Please note, surcharges per piece of extra baggage are not allowed to/from Santo Domingo and from Saint-Martin Grand Case due to the weight restriction at take-off.
1 A modification is a change of date, route or flight. Modifications are permitted subject to seat availability, in the same booking class and seasonality.
2 Refund request must be made prior to travel - before the departure of the scheduled flight.
In case of no-show at the airport before check-in closing time (usually 1 hour before scheduled departure), either NO SHOW: return is lost on these classes.
Refunds are not possible in the event of a no show. Only refunds of taxes can be claimed for journeys not made.
