To obtain an invoice or a cancellation certificate:
Please note: To obtain the requested document and have your insurance reimburse you for the portion not covered by Air Caraïbes, you must:
- have cancelled your reservation in advance by calling our call center:
- be in possession of a non-changeable, non-refundable ticket.
To receive an invoice for cancellation fees, please send a request via email to : fraisannulation@aircaraibes.com.
Be sure to include relevant information in your message, such as your booking number, full name, and details of the flight or service for which the fees were applied. This will help our team process your request more efficiently and issue the corresponding invoice.

Bookings made through a travel agency are not eligible for reimbursement on our website.
