How to easily get to Orly Airport?

Located just 13 km from Paris, Orly Airport is served by a wide range of transport options. Depending on your budget, your point of departure, and the time you have available, several solutions are available to reach Terminal Orly 4.

Since 2024, Metro Line 14 has connected central Paris directly to Orly in less than 25 minutes. It is now the most convenient option for reaching Terminal 4 quickly. The trains are modern, comfortable, and perfectly suited for travelers with luggage.

You can also reach Orly via the RER B to Antony station, then take the Orlyval, an automated shuttle that provides direct access to the terminals. The journey is slightly longer than Metro Line 14, but it remains a reliable option, particularly well-suited for connections from the northern parts of Paris.

For travelers looking for a budget-friendly journey:

  • Tramway T7 connects Villejuif – Louis Aragon (Paris Metro Line 7) to Orly in about 30 minutes.
  • Orlybus departs from Denfert-Rochereau (RER B, Metro Lines 4 and 6) and provides a direct connection to the airport.
  • Bus 183 offers a regular service between Porte de Choisy and Orly.

Taxis and ride-hailing services provide direct journeys from any district of Paris and its surrounding areas. This is a practical and comfortable option, especially if you are traveling with family or carrying multiple pieces of luggage.

Metro journeys (Line 14, RER B, Orlyval) require a specific ‘airport’ ticket.

Tramway T7, Orlybus, and Bus 183 are accessible with a standard T+ ticket.

Holders of a Navigo pass for zones 1–4 or 1–5 can use these services at no additional cost (except for the Orlyval).

At Paris-Orly Airport, all Air Caraïbes flights depart from Terminal 4, dedicated to international routes. The airline’s check-in counters are located on the Departures level, international zone, in the main hall of the terminal. Easily identifiable thanks to the signage at the entrance, they allow you to check in, drop off your luggage, or receive assistance before your flight.

For faster service, self-service kiosks are available nearby if you have already booked online. Premium and Speed Pass passengers benefit from dedicated priority lanes, ensuring a quicker and smoother journey.
