- 11.9 - Some button labels are not relevant.
- 11.10 - Some input controls are not used in a relevant way.
- 11.11 - Some suggestions facilitating the correction of input errors are missing.
- 11.13 - Some fields do not allow automatic filling with user data.
12. Navigation
- 12.4 - The "site map" page cannot be reached identically on each set of pages.
- 12.6 - Some content grouping areas cannot be reached or avoided.
