For any reservation issued on our website, two documents are sent by e-mail :A confirmation of your reservation,Your electronic ticket summarizing your purchase. The delay for receiving these 2 e-mails may take a few minutes or a few hours. If, even after checking all the folders in your mailbox (junk mail, promotions...), you still haven't received anything after this time, please contact us as soon as possible.
