*A modification is a change of date, route or flight. Changes without penalty are allowed subject to seat availability, same booking class and seasonality.
**Refund requests must be made prior to travel - before the scheduled flight departure.
In case of no-show at the airport before the check-in closing time (usually 1.5 hours before the scheduled departure), i.e. no-show, the return is lost.
No refund in case of no show. Only the taxes (excluding fuel taxes) can be refunded for trips not made.
***Maximum baggage allowance: 3 pieces of baggage allowed, including free baggage allowance (1 in the free baggage allowance and a maximum of 2 pieces of paid baggage), subject to acceptance according to the capacity of the hold on the day of departure.
****Priority delivery of the baggage among those in Sun class (the baggage is delivered first among those in Sun class but after those in Caribbean and Madras classes).
 

DISCOUNT :

  • Baby (0 to 23 months): 90% in Sun class and 80% in Caribbean and Madras class
  • Children (2 to 11 years old) to Port-au-Prince and Santo Domingo: 25% in Sun - Caribbean - Madras class
  • Children (2 to 11 years old): 33% in Sun class and 25% in Caribbean and Madras class (to Pointe-à-Pitre, Fort-de-France, Saint-Martin Juliana and Cayenne).
