  1. Call our reservation center

  2. Make your reservation. Your option will be valid for 72 hours.
  3. Make an appointment with our reservation agents to come and pay for your plane tickets in our agency with the desired payment method.
  4. Meet us in our agency. We thank you for respecting the appointment time.
     

 

Only customers who come to pay for their flight tickets will be accepted. All other requests for information will be handled remotely.

    We do everything possible to make sure you have a pleasant trip. 
    If we have not been able to meet your expectations (baggage, flight cancellation or delay, downgrading...), our Customer Relations Department is at your disposal, after your flight, to deal with your complaint as soon as possible. 


    The advantages :


    - It's simple and faster: you file your claim online about the irregularities experienced during your flight.
    - You receive instant confirmation of the registration of your claim on our website.
    - The processing of your file is faster with a confirmation sent within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), indicating the admissibility of your request and the documents necessary to study your request.
    - You will receive a response from our company within 21 working days upon receipt of all the requested documents (remember to check the "junk mail" folder in your mailbox).

    Examples of requested documents: The plane ticket or the confirmation e-mail of your electronic ticket (including the ticket number) as well as the price paid, boarding passes, baggage tags, the report given at the airport...
